The TECRA W50 features a 15.6-inch diagonal Full HD (1920x1080) display, color-calibrated to industry standards for extremely accurate color rendering and premium picture quality. It is built for lightning-fast performance for today's most demanding tasks with a full-voltage 4th generation Intel® Core™ i7 quad-core processor and four high-speed memory slots configurable up to 32GB. The TECRA W50 also boosts professional graphics capabilities and unprecedented performance with dedicated NVIDIA® Quadro® K2100M graphics and 2GB of GDDR5 memory to accelerate and mobilize any workflow. Plus, with the option of a fast SSD, HDD or hybrid of both to boost responsiveness from boot-up to shut-down, busy professionals can experience a smoother workflow in or out the office.

The TECRA W50 has a mobility-focused design that is one of the thinnest and lightest in the industry. Starting at just 2.65kg, the TECRA W50 makes it easy to get work done anywhere without sacrificing durability. This workstation features Toshiba's innovative EasyGuard® technology that offers a range of security, protection and connectivity technologies to further protect user's information and prolong the life of the laptop. The TECRA W50 was designed to withstand the pressures of professional life and has undergone Highly Accelerated Life Tests (HALT) by TÜV Rheinland®. Tested against drops of up to 76cm and keyboard spill-resistance of up to 30ml2 ensures the laptop's data is protected against accidental knocks and spillages.
From safeguarding data to access rights, the TECRA W50 has security covered providing peace of mind to both IT departments and individual users. The system is equipped with Trusted Platform Module (TPM) that helps protect business-critical data stored on the workstation - without hindering its performance. Intel® Active Management Technology (AMT) enables an IT department to monitor, maintain, repair, update and upgrade the laptop remotely. Users can also make logging on secure and personal to them by swiping the fingerprint reader. Alternatively an optional smart card reader provides even more advanced security solutions.
