TOSHIBA EXPERIENCE PROGRAM
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Loan Pre-Qualification

Toshiba will contact and qualify each participating organization/company who signs-up for this 'Toshiba Experience Program'.
Toshiba reserves the right not to issue notebooks on loan to the participating organization/ company which Toshiba deems not qualified for this program.

Pre-requisites

  • Participants must be owner or IT manager that can decide corporate purchase of organisation/company.
  • Each participant can enjoy loan of only 1 unit for maximum of 30 days (subject to availability).

Ownership and Safety

Participating organization/company must exercise all due care over the equipment (notebook and accessories) to prevent loss or damage and accept full responsibility for any loss or damage caused to the equipment due to your negligence or improper use of the equipment (notebook and accessories) during the loan duration.

Loan duration lasts for a maximum of 30 calendar days. Subject to availability.
Extension of loan duration may be requested for by participating organization/ company. Toshiba will review this on a case-by-case basis.

Any files or data stored in the notebook will be deleted when the notebook is returned. Toshiba will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to files/data incurred while using the notebook.

Participants are required to report any problems experienced with the notebook during their loan period

All notebooks are covered under the notebook manufacturer's limited warranty. Damage not covered by the Manufacturer's warranty excludes:

  • Accident
  • Loss or theft
  • Unreasonable use, abuse, neglect and alternations
  • Improper service, improper installation, and improper connections with peripherals
  • Other causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship
  • Any service or repair provided outside the scope of the limited warranty
  • Damage to or loss of any programs, data, or removable storage media, whether it occurs during warranty repair or other repair service

Hours and Contact Information

Toshiba representative and technical administrators will visit the participating organization/company during normal business hours for delivery, installation and collection.

**Normal business working hours refer to Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm), except when it's the Eve of public holiday or public holiday.

If other arrangements need to be made outside of normal business hours, please inform Toshiba and give at least two (2) days' notice.

Toshiba Singapore Pte Ltd reservers the rights to amend the terms and conditions, at any time, in its sole and absoulute discretion without prior notice.
